With its efficient heating system and generator backup it is comfortable year round in all sorts of weather.

Property includes private spring-fed pond ideal for swimming. Maple hedgerows, picturesque meadows, and nearby woodlands create an impressive Fall foliage display with magnificent views to the North. Far from the maddening crowd, the area is an ideal hiking and picnicking area and wildlife refuge, and is exceptionally well suited for cross country skiing. Horseback riding, fishing, golf, downhill skiing, quaint country auctions, antique and specialty shops are all within easy driving distance.
